1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically dispatched the same business day; later orders are dispatched the next business day.
4. Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
