Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. Notify us in writing at [email protected] and return the items within 14 days of cancellation.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Sealed software cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. We cover return postage for faulty items.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Standard delivery charges are refunded for faulty goods.
