All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%).

All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We use trusted processors (Stripe and PayPal) and do not store or have access to your full card details. Payments are subject to 3D Secure verification where supported by your card issuer.

4. When Payment Is Taken

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

5. Welcome Gift & Promotions

New customers receive a free welcome gift on their first order, added automatically — no code required. Where promotional codes apply, only one may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates.

6. Failed Payments
